our beginning
Inspired by the community and joy that F3 Nation brought to men and the empowering space created by
FiA (Females in Action) for women, Project Rainbow was launched as an inclusive fitness group for the
LGBTQ+ community. F3 provided the foundational template for peer-led, no-cost workouts and FiA has
demonstrated how this model could evolve to meet the needs of women.
With gratitude for the leadership of OBT and Dredd from F3 and the vision of ChiaPet and Firecracker
from FiA, Project Rainbow builds on their legacy while modifying the approach to embrace the unique
needs and diversity of the LGBTQ+ community. Like its inspirations, Project Rainbow operates without a
traditional "leader," thriving through the collective energy, contributions, and growth of all who participate.
